Would love for drake to pop out with an unconventional hit like marvins room as a lead single. How great would it have been to get liability (not chopped and slopped) as a lead single with visuals?

by a fat margin too. said it on twitter a while back, drake peeped it from a mile away that him and 21 can create a ton of different music with new flows, new pockets, new everything compared to future who is quite limited, his success is undisputed sure but 21 is still only 31 and his pen is getting sharper and sharper. I really do hope we get another sequel from them in a few years. Hearing Drake talk about kicking it into high gear on MOTO in 5 years, I wanna hear his new found perspective after hitting that stride in his life
I said the same thing a got attacked lowkey. I’ve always felt like Future’s presence is too dominating on Drake tracks so you would really only like it if you were already a Future fan.
21 and Drake compliment each other way better and Drake can use him on more songs. Future would ruin a song like Hours in Silence.

Yea WATTBA did not age well at all for me. I don’t even listen to it anymore.

Honestly I was really hyped for CLB, I thought it was gonna be big stepping stone for him or something. So when I see the same artists that he always has on his albums it kinda turned me off. There’s unique features on there don’t get me wrong and the album has some of my favorites like Race My Mind, IMY2 and others but idk I guess it wasn’t what I was expecting. The whole rollout was a mess and I feel like he focused too much energy on Kanye lol. As a project it isn’t my favorite but there’s songs on there that I really fw.
As for her loss drake did his thing imo but 21 lacks at times
