    I really don't know how this is still a misconception. Including NLU on GNX would've made it eligible for RIAA certs faster (Platinum, 2x Platinum, etc.) but the only sales from NLU rolled into Billboard 200 first week sales numbers would've been from the release week

    The song still pulls in hella streams, especially then and would of added to everything in real time

    unless they have a deal with a retailer they just throw all of them in a warehouse

    You’re right, but at that point Not Like Us was still at #15 in the country, it definitely would’ve boosted GNX’s first week total in a big way

    Not Like Us was #30 that week, SEA from that song would've been negligible. You right that they could've tried to milk it longer with a remix tho

    Yeah the week of GNX because it wasn’t on GNX. The week before GNX it was at #16, if it was on the album it would’ve done more streams the week of the album’s release

  • I think there may be CDs first week, like $$$4U did. Those can get printed out and packaged pretty quickly, but the album would have to be turned in by the end of April
