COCOOOOMy hot take is that we will get a surprise release before May 15 that fulfills his UMG contract, and Iceman will then release May 15th either independent or with another label. The surprise release would include the songs / ideas we've already heard in the episodes and Iceman would be where he really talks his s*** on new songs unheard.
