Actually have add. Coffee : energy drinks do absolutely nothing for me and adderall is the only thing I’ve ever taken that actually wakes me up. Feels alive. Etc. if I don’t take it I could sleep all day, be tired 24/7 no matter the sleep. Etc.
It’s how I imagine coffee should work. Only way I can wake up and stay awake is be on it
I don’t even take caffeine at all so it’s not a tolerance to that. And I’ve always been like this

Losing weight and building muscle at the same time is easy. Get over 10k steps a day, lift weights with progressive overload 4-6 times a week, aim for 8h of sleep a night, drink over a gallon of water a day, eat in a caloric deficit (1g of protein per lb and prioritize fiber) and incline walk on the treadmill after each lift session and you’ll be lean asf in no time

when I was looking to move last year it was a non negotiable to build out a gym so I could have the flexibility to not have to do that early s*** anymore
but it’s nice getting it done and starting your day
New gym has a family plan and brings the $65 membership down to $20 each. My gf and her sister and nephew we all forged bills and s*** to be under same household

All you need is a banana 30min-1hr before your workout or rice cakes or even a rice krispy treat (real ball knowers know)
The key is to get carbs that don’t sit heavy in your stomach and can digest quickly to give you quick energy for your workout

When I lost a lot of weight years ago… I had to literally cook everything with fresh produce at my apt. I could not eat at any restaurant at all. None of them fit the equation for what I was needing in terms of caloric intake or protein intake.
