The skitzo kbots took that literally and tried to run up on his house a few times after that

They tried to light the front gate up, it wasn't for Christmas

I said a prayer that morning for Sean, and it wasn't religious

Family Matters has entire sections straight at Kendrick. It’s basically different tracks with the length and the beat switches.

    Is 2 out of 3 100%?

GNX was widely considered his worst performance?

take it from the ever hating publication at Pitchfork that hasn’t liked drake in 9 years

It's pretty critically acclaimed outside of pitchfork. that's just one outlet

Kendrick stans can’t get over the beef. It’s the most hype they’ve been in 15 years, and hasn’t been s*** since it. Tough. Could not be more ready for iceman

    I said PITCHFORK

Right I’m sure The Guardian and Rolling Stone and Fantano are much better than Pitchfork

Killed the genre? Yall niggas only listen to what y’all are told to listen to? HipHop is doing great. There are a ton of amazing artists if you go listen to them.

So what if just getting a metro boomin beat and swapping out baby, future or 21 savage doesn’t work anymore. S*** was trash.

And y’all also keep attributing the decline to the beef when it was already an industry trend. The numbers were already going down, including Drake’s who had the largest numbers.

Everyone was running to country to get on that wave including Beyoncé, Post Malone, etc. They weren’t just doing it to do it. They’re more informed than us. There is a cultural shift happening and the labels shifted their priorities.

I’ve been listening to underground hiphop for years

from Pz, Lil O, Chow Lee to Slauson Malone, Mach, Armand Hammer, Moh Baretta

    I could go on

I listen to whatever I want but that doesn’t mean I don’t have a vested interest in keeping rap as the most culturally dominant and influential genre

I don't think fans rate GNX that high in his discog but a lot of people wanted Kendrick to drop a fun album once and thats what he did. So in that sense it worked
