Yeah 10000%. Life is so much better now. Like I said it’s like all these things my “brain” used to do that f***ed with my life are gone and everything is calmer and more manageable. I don’t feel “high” in any way. No real side effects so far. Just like I can actually pick what I want to think about, what I want to do, how long I want to do it for, etc.

When I had a good schedule I was waking up at 8:30-9 taking it. Then sleeping until it kicked in around 9:30-10. Then I was falling asleep around 2am. Was a good schedule for me.

It doesn’t really push me either way. It’s more like even if I’m thinking about 500 things, I can choose to say “okay I’m going to focus on this one and put the rest aside for a bit”.

Before it was like I wanted to focus on this one thing, but my brain was racing like “what about this, what about that, you should be doing this, don’t forget that” to the point where it was overwhelming.

It helped me a lot. Even with relationship things too like I thought i was just a s***ty listener or not interested enough but turns out it might’ve more so been my brain trying to juggle 100 things when it didn’t need to and as a side effect I listened poorly or whatever.

It also helped me realize what parts of my weaknesses I do have to own, and what parts were more so the way my brain functioned. Gave me a lot more clarity about myself and allowed me to focus my efforts on the things I actually have more control over (ie. routines, organization, etc) rather than the s*** that was just my brain.
