i wasnt expecting this much of a mixed reception though
normally i dont have good first listens on albums--ears have to get attuned to the sound--but this was a good first listen I thought
tracklist had me thinking this album would be more diabolical than it was though lol thought "make them cry" was finna go crazy, but no nigga was trying to make ME cry talking about his pops with cancer wtf
album is fire--future joint was not it im afraid
drake and future collabs in the big 26:

This nigga just dropped 3 albums?!
Iceman the only one worth listening to
princess first half lowkey sounds like some rebirth s*** if it was made in 2026
crazy pull
Im too old of a Drake fan to hear ppl whine about tracks. This thing is π₯ and will grow so much. Iceman got several bangers that wont be forgotten
i can't listen to all of iceman again cause it's late af but i got to about national treasures. I can say that on second listen I enjoy this more than Rocky, Cole, Keem, Yeat, Don Toliver, Earl/MIKE, Isaiah Rashad, and Ye, mostly because for all the moaning and groaning he does at times on it, it's still more interesting than the rest, especially the beats.
Ya baby mama ainβt even post a single
Dam.
I kinda wish he just focused fully on Iceman and perfected that instead. Loved the album but I donβt think itβs better than FATD currently.
FATD probably one of my least favorite Drake albums
Iceman sounds better off first rip anyway
To me its like it wants to be HNVM but just feels so so lifeless
yeah this lowkey kinda the sentiment iβm getting from it
stuff like road trips, q&a and stuck is amazing though but overall comes off kinda lackluster to me, like that popcaan track was straight filler
cheetah print is fun though, bbw & hoe phase got some insane moments too
