If you're an unbiased Drake fan you have to admit Habibti and Maid of Honour are the bottom 2 projects in his discography. Iceman to me sounds like whining for a whole f***ing hour.

Dropping 3 albums on the same day is not "innovative", it's stream farming and fulfilling a contractual obligation in one swoop. It barely qualifies as an artistic decision.

And I don't understand why Drake, who literally has the best singing voice of any rapper, insists on using terrible vocal processing on basically every single singing track here. Compare literally any performance here to a song like "Doing It Wrong" or "Hold On We're Going Home", even a later song like "Summer Games". He sounds so unnatural and robotic here.

I've got like 3-5 tracks across 43 and that's being generous

Very early still, but if I had to rank the Big 3's albums post-beef right now, I'd go:

1. MAID OF HONOUR - 9/10
2. GNX - 9/10
3. ICEMAN - 9/10
4. The Fall-Off - 7/10
5. HABIBTI - 7/10

After 1st listen I don't like Iceman at all. Only National Treasure stands out to me and that leaked lol. 2 hard for the radio, little birdie, don't worry are cool, but won't have the longevity like his earlier work does.

Habibti is waaaaay better. Still have to listen to Maid of Honour

Iceman is the epitome of what I don't like the route Drake has gone in. He's the only one of the Big 3 whose raps have gotten worse overtime. The amount of trash lines in Iceman is staggering.

I think him focusing on the haters and those that dissed him hurts the album and is why I liked Habibti a lot more because he was just focused on the music on there. Nothing he says will erase what Kendrick did. Move on from it.

I'm unbiased because I recognize when Drake delivers incredible work and influences generations, but I also don't give him a pass for his downward slump. For All The Dogs had a higher batting average than this s***. And Nokia at least heavily carries SSS4U
