No one is claiming Drake stole the song. It was most likely just a miscommunication between the parties involved

You’re conflating what happened by using the wrong words. In the context of court, a withdrawal and a dismissal are two different things

A plaintiff voluntarily withdrawing their entire lawsuit through that procedure is a voluntary dismissal.
You’re confusing a court-ordered dismissal with a voluntary dismissal. Both are dismissals; they just happen through different procedures.
And none of this changes the original point.. you still haven’t established that a settlement occurred.
