That’s not what people meant by no fly zone. Most NATO countries have banned Russia from their airspace’s.

No fly zone you are thinking of (which won’t happen) would be over Ukraine and basically means any plane over Ukraine would be fair game to be shot down by NATO. Almost guaranteed to lead to war so not very likely at all.
