From what I can gather by reading Russian social media, it sounds like the majority of people think Putin is a psychopath but more in a “thoughts and prayers” type of way rather than in actually being motivated to do anything about it. There is a lot of sanction copium (I.e. We have everything we need in Russia, who cares). They are in for a rude awakening.
