Because people are going to die for as long as Ukrainians choose to fight back, I'd wager it makes no difference. In fact I'd wager high tech weaponry means the people most likely to die are Russian soldiers rather than Ukrainian civs

Me: wow man maybe we shouldn’t be sending weapons if we can’t keep track of literally any of them. We saw how many innocent people died from random arms falling into the hands of militias like Syria, Afghanistan, Libya, iraq, Somalia, and countless other conflicts

Literally none of those countries share anything in common with ukraine other than the fact weapons are getting sent

Uhhhh maybe stop shipping weapons we can’t track? We spend more on our military than the G7, Russia, and China combined, the least we can do is not have another ISIS M16/Tacoma incident, especially in a country that we’ve been supporting in a propaganda war

No innocent people NEED to die, innocent people are dying because the Russians invaded their western neighbours. If the Ukrainians give up mariupol, the Russians will get round to killing innocent people elsewhere

I think the donbas is a lost cause, Russia can have what they had before the war, nothing more
