"post-industrial" is such a meme it's just obfuscating the fact that things get produced elsewhere, no country is post-industrial and there never will be one

They probably didn't get rid of them because they wanted all the manpower they could get

Azov was like what? 1k soldiers who are now mostly dead.

Sure azov weren't rhe only ones but if ukraine lost their battalions with these origins I'd wager they'd still operate their armed forces effectively

People still bringing up Azov at this point are highly suspect. It's obvious that they are going to deal with the Azov issue after they are done fighting for their survival. They are not going to purge highly effective troops from their military in the middle of a war, and it's not like there aren't significantly more Russian Nazis anyway.

How is that at all obvious lol

They’re a formal part of the Ukrainian military and there has not been a single sign in the past 8 years that Ukraine has any problems with them

I agree with you that expecting Ukraine to deal with Azov mid-invasion is completely unfeasible and likely misplaced, but I would probably note that the real reason Azov is currently a major compelling issue is because of how much a stranglehold on information they seem to have from that's coming out of Ukraine; these guys have a CLEAR direct line to the media here which seems to only otherwise exist for Zelensky (which it actually should be comparison). Like it's one thing for Zelensky to be saying whatever he's saying, but Azov and Azov-affiliated groups are going nuts with spreading info which gets picked by the media here and then consumed by the western public who often don't have context on the origin of such. Like Azov was literally doing false flags which were then picked up by the media some of which STILL have not had corrections. It's not that Zelensky is affirming this stuff himself, but that this stuff is still being picked up on and distilled directly regardless.

I meant obviously that would be the war to deal with it, not during a war

Does it matter? It’s good for Ukraine to be portrayed sympathetically in Western media

Fam you're the one that brought up Marxism

There will always be industry, to what extent industry is automated or industrial abor is domestic or offshored is the only difference.

The US is actually the biggest example of this, they've just outsourced all industrial labor mixed with some automation, no industry has faded away.

It kinda does when the information coming out portrays a need for increased escalation or direct involvement. Obviously the situation is terrible regardless; but certain serious allegations come with certain serious counter-actions. Like there’s a difference between sympathy (something the situation naturally should create) and propaganda for trying to push certain escalations or involvements.

They’ve been fighting Russia for years before the full scale invasion, they aren’t going to f*** with the troops doing the fighting in the disputed regions

    I’m talking just in general

Me too, just talking in general.

Majority of the KTT2 comrades happen to be muslim & they have a soft spot for qutbist paramilitias and islamic dictatorships.

Look at brother Khalqi for example. He is interested to see how Taliban gonna use the modern young afghan population!

'If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck'

My apologies if I am wrong.
