And in practice, state media is just a lot better, western or non-western, both in terms of levels of bias and actual quality
Case in point is German state media DW that put out a very good docuseries about the Iraq war recently
You don't find that in corporate media
This german/french public channel did a 6 parts documentary on why neoliberalism sucks i was in shock
