Really tired of seeing smug memes and jokes and s*** on reddit that make fun of Putin. Not because I have any love for the man but because it’s just a massive cope from the West that makes them think they’re winning at anything at all.

Tens of thousands of people lay dead in Ukraine, and the country will be a lawless s***hole filled with firearms forever after. The best the West can do is shamelessly get reddit upvotes. And they’re seemingly proud of this blithe ineffectiveness

Blame the Russians then you neek.

The Ukrainian economy was seeing a similar trajectory to other former USSR success stories. Political situation post war will be a completely different animal. The war will definitely galvanize Ukraine to become more liberal. We will probably see legalized gay marriage in Ukraine.

Youre probably right they just dont wanna hear it

Not saying it will turn out like this but where is this nazi ukraien they kept talking about?

Who’s to say Ukraine won’t be a thriving democracy in 30 years

well, for starters, Ukraine. Zelensky took the opportunity of war to outlaw leftist parties

Because the leftist parties he outlawed were actively pro Russian organisations. Not even just opposed, actively working to the detriment of the war effort

Also knock it off there are several left wing parties in the governing coalition

Yeah it’ll need a 2/3 majority in the legislative assembly to amend the constitution, in a country where 82% of all citizens oppose homosexuality, all for the sake of optics for western powers

    Really good plan there

    Not more orientalism talk

It's not my fault I'm just saying how it is

  • Russia has managed to weather sanctions but is still about 40% of GDP down.

The issue is Russian history is p much dominated by isolation and being run by expansionist strongmen. History rhymes. The wsr in Ukraine is the kind of thing that would just happen

The issue is that this is what Israel say about Hamas in Palestine and it is rightfully condemned as excusing the bombing of civilian targets

Such condemnation must be extended here

You realize that Israel lied about that shyt right lol?

Civilian areas? Yes because they had no space left that Israel hadn't colonized lol. But they don't put them right next to hospitals and whatever zionist propagandists say

Israel claims that their civilian casualties come from the fact that their targets are in those areas, which is nonsense, they deliberately target civilians

The west has cripped the Russian economy and provided advanced weapons that are leading to progress in kherson.

Reddit up votes aren't the best the west can do lol
