it's easy to be right all the time if you claim "America probably did that s***" when you dont have all the infos yet
they usually admit to it 5 to 10 years later, or claimed they'd do it 5 to 10 years prior

sadly the majority opinion among western politicians. When america was exposed spying on its allies the sentiment was "rather them than china, at least they do it for democracy"
