That is in no way to undermine whats going on. Many of the journalist at the press conference questions just amounted to "why not sanction Putin now why not remove from swift" when again sanctions are not enough of a strategy and its not binary of sanctions or full out war. There could be something done for refugees who want out of Ukraine. Just arming Ukraine is not enough

Doing a sanction of weapons from Putin isn't effective because duh he already stocked up and been ready thats how he was able to get so much accomplished in one night. What his larger plan is who knows. Does he stop with Ukraine or does he reach a NATO ALLY.
