NO WAY… Anonymous posted on Twitter that they hacked Russian TV channels so they can show the truth about Ukraine. Can this be really true?!
yeah this is bs
God bruh the same f***ing thing is happening as Afghanistan but y’all are too busy hugging flags to even notice
That is happening. Radicals gain power during wars.
But that's still on Putin
the average Westerner
"just repeat what MSM tells you, you're not capable of forming your own opinion f***ing contrarian"
also
"Everyone in China is brainwashed unlike us Americans, we have free speech"
peak cognitive dissonance
No, you ARE LITERALLY not capable of forming an educated opinion unless you’re educated. The downfall of society is when people think that because they read a few twitter threads and some Wikipedia articles that they have valid and valuable input.
If you get really sick, are you going to a doctor or you going to some random person who has formed their own opinion on proper treatment for you?

I’ve been in college for four years and have been taking political science classes alongside my major out of my pure interest in politics and am like in the middle of a 20 page essay regarding Ukraine for my latest class
What more do you want from me
I read political theory and history in my free time. I am definitely educated on the ramifications to at least a non-casual standard
What will happen in the case that the Ukrainians push into Donbass and let the Azov loose on the Russian population?
The USA, a beacon of democracy, let their soldiers torture innocent Iraqi civilians and sentenced ONE serviceman. What will Ukraine do?
Thank you for showing how dumb people at ur side of the argument are
Why u going on a personal attack when I said nothing mean? that's what people do when they can't come with an argument. also what side are you talking about? i'm not on any side

I wasn’t trying to say that YOU specifically can’t have a valid opinion on political science. I was saying that “people forming their own opinion”, on complex topics is not it unless those people become formally educated in that topic first.

And what excuse is that for them to simply parrot whatever they’re fed? Why are we still so tolerant of people just uncritically receiving and supporting what they see after decades of proof that doing such just manufactures consent for our governments to kill innocent people to further their agendas?
Comes into a war thread

As it stands, the far right are extremely unpopular in Ukraine. Nationalism surges when countries are invaded. The bulk of popular opinion will fall behind thr legitimate Ukrainian government in exile.
So yes what you say is possible, but those units are armed already, and completely dwarfed by legitimate Ukrainian authority
stop downplaying the presence of the far right, it doesn't help anyone but them. the existence of the far right doesn't necessarily mean that no aid should be sent to Ukraine, or that Ukraine is a "Nazi state", but don't be disingenuous - there IS an undeniable far right problem in Ukraine and most other Eastern European countries for that matter. The reason this tired topic keeps being repeated itt is because many people can't even admit this! Just because the far-right doesn't literally control the Ukrainian parliament doesn't mean that they're widely unpopular - would you make the same claim about the United States?
The Nation: Post-Maidan Ukraine is the world’s only nation to have a neo-Nazi formation in its armed forces. The Azov Battalion was initially formed out of the neo-Nazi gang Patriot of Ukraine.
Nazi-Collaborator Stepan Bandera whos guilty of the ethnic cleansing of Polish people is one of the largest, most celebrated national icons in Western Ukraine who has dozens of statues, streets, and even a national holiday in his name, an issue that the EU took up in 2010:
On Feb. 25, 2010, the European Parliament passed a resolution on Ukraine. Clause 20 reads that it “Deeply deplores the decision by the outgoing President of Ukraine, Viktor Yushchenko, posthumously to award Stepan Bandera, a leader of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN) which collaborated with Nazi Germany, the title of ‘National Hero of Ukraine’; hopes, in this regard, that the new Ukrainian leadership will reconsider such decisions and will maintain its commitment to European values.”
in 2017 there were more anti-Semitic attacks in Ukraine than all former Soviet countries combined.
In 2018 the Human Rights Watch condemned Ukraine for not adequately investigating the growing number of hate crimes:
Since the beginning of 2018, members of radical groups such as C14, Right Sector, Traditsii i Poryadok (Traditions and Order), Karpatska Sich and others have carried out at least two dozen violent attacks, threats, or instances of intimidation in Kyiv, Vinnitsa, Uzhgorod, Lviv, Chernivtsi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and other Ukrainian cities. Law enforcement authorities have rarely opened investigations. In the cases in which they did, there is no indication that authorities took effective investigative measures to identify the attackers, even in cases in which the assailants publicly claimed responsibility on social media.
Believe me, I'm tired of discussing this same old s*** but there's too much misinformation that needs to be cleared up
Zelensky is a gentleman and a scholar. Kudos!

Zelensky is so brave, great leader.

are these military photos verified for this invasion or are they older pics from 2-3 years ago?
Zelensky is so brave, great leader.
Brave because he didn't leave his country within 2 days of an invasion
Truly mind blowing
Never been done before
