It’s very rare there’s multiple shooters. Usually it’s one but due to stress of the moment people mistake it as multiple. If there actually are, it means this was definitely something planned

But restrictions are too loose
I’ve heard of a gun store owner in Philly I think that questions the person buying to make sure they’re right in the head. I can’t say what will fix gun violence as at this point as a country we’re in too deep that some actions like banning every gun seems pointless as there’s too many in circulation in this country. But encouraging gun shops to not just give out guns to anyone that passes a background check seems like a better idea
