Brave aight. Opened a new tab and the background was a bored ape so I switched to Chrome.
Brave
Brave 🦁
Brave is nice but they need to stop constantly pushing their s***coin to people who have opted out of their crypto features
Also wish they had full history sync but that's an issue for almost every smaller/privacy oriented chromium fork
Switched from Chrome to Brave. Seems too good to be true. Is it just Chrome w new skin?
Surprisingly many people post Brave browser on here
You should go straight to r/PrivacyTools or smthn like that and read about this stuff tho
Brave isn’t considered the best option bc they had some shady business with crypto idk what it was all about all I know is the answer isn’t as simple as just getting brave
It’s still probably Firefox with add-ons or some fork of Firefox

True I heard some shady stuff about Firefox too
Unfortunately
But If OP wants to go all in I thought about something like LibreWolf which is Firefox with 100% privacy settings minus Mozilla
I'd love Brave to be what they advertise but there's something fishy with how good it looks and what they preach
Privacy doesn't sell and Brave seems like these VPNs like NordVPN that advertise everywhere how secure they make you and how they can literally hide you from the FBI but when you look at their service it turns out they log your whole traffic and once FBI knocks on their door you're f***ed

Very true, there was an ungodly amount of shilling of brave that i witnessed before downloading (not meaning just here).
agree on librewolf, pale moon is another good ff fork.
