NukesIm still on board with a lot of guys in NXT not having success on the main roster. 2 different fanbases. So I really don’t blame a lot of the decision makings at times.
It depends on what you classify as “success”. I don’t think Adam Cole should or would be main-eventing Wrestlemanias but he could definitely a solid upper-mid card guy on the main roster

they put them in tough scenarios to get over in and then blame the talent for the failure, i'm not buying it for every case
especially ricochet, that dude should be flying everywhere and not forced to be in situations where he has to talk
i don't understand these things where WWE purposely doesn't cover their weakness and doesn't play to a wrestlers strength, like isn't it the job of creative and the company to get the talent over?
