SRS been killing it with the Twitter game all week.

it's funny how many people he riles up with pretty innocent tweets...ppl be sending him death threats anytime he charges for a story or puts over AEW but stay following him because they know he still gets good scoops same with the dorks who argue with Meltzer like they know him on a personal basis...if I were them I wouldn't even respond or give them the public acknowledgment but hey whatever..."YOU'RE PAID BY AEW!!!"...smh dude's been o*****ing over how much better WWE's product has gotten lately ppl are dumb

It’s not “for all we know” at this point; we know now that Hangman & FTR were gone by then and Kenny and the Bucks stuck around to participate in the scrum.

Because they’re weird. Like you said, he probably wasn’t even there

If anything, Punk decided to start something with people he saw as easier targets

SRS said earlier on his Raw review show that Cody Rhodes had “incredible foresight” to leave AEW when he did, indicating that this has been brewing for a bit.

I don’t think it’s a coincidence either that Cody’s last promo there was him basically reminding TK that he and the Elite were there holding up the company while Punk sat at home because he refused to come in during the pandemic.

Latest Wrestling Observer info from Alvarez and Meltzer on the Chicago brawl:

. Both insist this is definitely not a work. Legal action taking place and police were involved.
. Have heard two sides to the story. One is that Punk was the aggressor and threw the first punch. Dave implies multiple punches at Matt Jackson.
. The other side they've heard is that the Young Bucks caused the commotion and Punk and Steel were defending themselves.
. Dave implies that the vast majority he's heard from that would be neutral parties are saying Punk was the instigator.
. Backs up the reports of Nick getting hit by a chair and Steel biting and pulling Omegas hair.
. Bryan and Dave both senses something like this was coming and that things had been escalating recently.
. Dave suggests that Punk maybe feels like as he's the top guy he feels somewhat untouchable.
. Dave doesn't think there will be any suspensions as all involved are top guys. Compared it to Bret and Shawn fighting when Bret pulled out Shawn's hair.
. Dave thinks its a tricky situation as he could see Punk walking if Steel is fired, seen as Steel was defending his friend.

If I’m Eddie Kingston and none of them gets suspended, I’m f***ing fuming.

Every Meltzer/dirt sheet report can be summed up as "This thing might happen but maybe it won't happen"

I mean, every other reporter is in the “Punk started it” camp.

At least Dave made it a point to say some people backstage think the Bucks started it.
