What a terrific episode of Dynamite tonight...Max/Moxley promos were fire, Penelope/Toni was dope, trios title match was awesome, Hangman/Danielson was as expected fire (despite Jericho spoiling the finish...I feel like maybe he pre recorded that earlier in the day and someone f***ed up in the production truck and stuck it before the match rather than after)...Garcia and Yuta was also great and loved that they finally gave Westside Gunn his flowers for supporting them since the jump and let him perform...plus we pretty much got confirmation about Bronson/Hook teaming against 2.0 at Arthur Ashe (prly the Rampage but either way will be fun)

this episode reminded me of earlier AEW...highlighting the younger talent mostly while sprinkling in veterans here and there

TK said he was stepping up Rampage to put more of the bigger names on there more often plus we bout to get a bunch of live Rampages next month...hope to see things improve there for sure

they didn't mention him by name once on the show...even when they showed MJF's return at the ppv they didn't show Punk in a single frame and TK said "I've been forced to vacate the titles" rather than saying them by name had to vacate...I gotta say though after watching the show tonight I care quite a bit less about the fallout...hope for a resolution...I don't want the Elite gone for good and also don't want Punk gone for good but this episode proved they don't need Punk and the show is bigger than just him

I was worried when the Griselda crew wasn't being caught on the hard cam since they were seated in front of the hard cam rather than on the other side of the ring but the fact that they gave dude his moment...had a huge grin on my face when he came out

when he said AEW was created to leave the old way of doing things in wrestling behind I got chills...then he brought up the pandemic which ironically Punk didn't want to debut during and waited until full crowds were back while the rest of these guys busted there ass for over a year with extras as the only fans and still made it work

he legit sounded like Funk at times in that promo tonight
