All Out 2020 was pretty rough too but yeah absolutely nowhere near the worst PPV...even the lows had their entertaining moments and didn't feel like any match was a COMPLETE dud...was absolutely not a perfect show...definitely went a little too long, some moments could have been executed better, and one or two of those matches flat out could have been saved for a Dynamite or Rampage but again even those matches had their fun moments
