He was definitely keeping it as an option before these last few months...between Hunter taking over WWE and Jericho getting more responsibilities and pay with AEW to extend his contract I think he'll be with AEW for the rest of his in ring career but may go back someday for that HOF spot
I remember him tweeting something before the All Out brawl happened when someone asked him about returning to wwe like "never say never...some people apparently want it sooner rather than later"...idk if he was trying to say Punk being in AEW was driving him away or what but he's been a good company guy since that went down
