Dudes in it to make money, everyone knows he doesn't need a belt to do it, he's gonna print money either way. Seth cashing in was a moment, I think Punks mindset is well and truly whats best for business. His time will come for a championship reign but I don't think he cares that much.
Although it will be a crime if he doesn't have one run with the belt in this current era.
