Am I the only one who doesn't mind Meltzer so much. His star ratings are goofy but he's quite endearing, especially with his semi-coherent rants. And he seems like a good historian if a questionable critic.

Dave is legitimately a great historian and I was subbed for years to read/hear this aspect of his work specifically. Alvarez podcasts were a fun bonus on top of that.

At a certain point i think he’s started to lose it though. The way the industry has moved, mostly since AEW started made their shows kinda toxic and hard to listen to. So i just pirate the shows i want to listen to and the newsletter is pretty much posted in full on Twitter or Reddit every week lmao
