They had a lot of momentum before the pandemic, then that slowed them down, then a lot more between Punk's debut and All Out 2021

it had to in order to grow. the elite are just goobers that don't fit on the show. that’s why their s*** doesn’t draw on tv.

Feel like they brought in too many "names" in order to grow without any real direction for a lot of them. Sure the Punk's and Bryan's and even Cole's help but then you have guys like Miro, Andrade, Ruby, Big Show etc. and there's a lot more but they're just floating around. There's just too many guys not doing anything. When the roster was smaller I feel like there was more flow and direction to the TV shows

That's cool and all but they don't feel like an alternative anymore and the TVs shows aren't as exciting and can't miss as it used to be

Crazy part about Kenny is some of his best matches while world champ didn’t even happen in AEW
