using loops doesnt make u talentless and any producer with interns had to make some beats to get to the point of being able to afford interns
also even if they use interns they could still be doing all the sound selection and arrangement which is a talent within itself

I think OP is mistaking "played out" for "talentless." There are a lot of producers who were hot for a minute and couldn't adapt their style, but very few actually can. It's like a league average baseball player and an all star, they're both good at their jobs but one looks worse in a vacuum
