Anyone got some good productivity tips that really work for them (besides Pomodoro, timers, calendars, and checklists)?

no productivity bullshit ever worked for me the only way to achieve real productivity is through purpose and agency
Avoid looking or checking your phone, emails, texts, etc; at the start of your day. At least for the first three hours.

My New Year’s resolution is to put up my phone when I get home from work but it is just insane how it magically ends up back in your hand without even realizing
Break things down into smaller steps. Makes each thing seem more achievable and makes you feel like you did more things. And it helps to externalise what you need to do
