The NieR stuff should be under the "Add-ons" section or under the section where the standard and Deluxe Edition of the game is... You can search for it too and download it and then do some stuff to unlock it in-game.

And the Nikke stuff should be out now or during today (June 11th 2025)

Oh yeah that’s tomorrow for me. So the only thing I’ll miss out on is a skin for some mobile game? I’ll buy the dlc but people are saying there’s something exclusive to the complete edition version.

Correct and it seems like so far the only way to get it is if you didn't get the game yet and do decide to buy the "Complete Edition" of the game which seems like you've to pay full price for it... But the game's director is now promising to find a solution to this that won't be disappointing... So I'll just get that Nikke DLC soon and wait for this solution which I hope will be done right!

They had to cut a lot of the story out of this one, hopefully in the second game they can fully flesh it out
