I can definitely see why it'd take some attempts though lol. The first like 600+ damage attack he did, I thought I was over there, then he did it again, and I think maybe one more time? Saw everyone but Gregor died, the victory screen came up and I got confused as hell You are right though; you need to stagger him twice, apparently.

I'm a big Arknights fan but ngl I think the EGO art looks... kinda bad? The Sinners character models look off and Gregor doesn't even look like Gregor. They were pretty on the mark in picking the Arknights characters for the Sinners though, I think everyone predicted all of them except for Hong Lu being paired up with Ling

I'm pretty interested in what they will be doing in the story since this is the first time they are doing a collab. Looks like we will be fighting the seaborn from Arknights and I think that can work in Project Moon lore

The whole 8-20 dungeon was so good man, Jia Qiu one of the realest characters in the game. Jia Mu is also evil incarnate, that whole scheme she put together was diabolical

Legit So basically, did she just make those boluses (?) and have everyone in the Kong family consume them? Then since it caused them to turn into the bird people, the Head came down and murked everyone so it's not "natural" or w/e?

So what happened was that Jia Mu only gave Sihui the bolus, under the pretense that it will empower her child or something. In reality, the bolus she was consuming created a creature from the Outskirts within her, consumed her child and then at the day of the presentation it burst out from her womb and immediately started multiplying. I'm not sure the exact nature of it but I think there was a line about this creature having "outstanding reproducing capabilities" so take that as you will.

The Head forbids anything from "not human" from living inside the city so an Arbiter came and just deleted everything

Ahh yeah, that makes sense. Just wasn't sure where they all came from. I saw that line mentioned in the dialogue and on some reddit posts, but it just never clicked in my head lmao.

Damn, people really up in arms about the collab Never really understood why people expect collabs to be anything more than just marketing the other IP. It does kinda suck that you basically need a ton of lunacy to get them (no sharding is omega trash though), but it ain't that big of a deal man lmao. I've also seen a lot of people complain about what it means in terms of what's canon or not now. Please go outside people

I haven't seen that much hate except for the EGO rates. A lot of people have been saying we would need like 600 pulls since it was announced but I think people were hoping for a rate up since 600 pulls does sound absurd. I spent all my lunacy and only got 2 but i'm not the type to get upset about this kind of stuff tbh (I should be able to spark the last EGO after the free rolls anyway)

As for the collab itself, I just finished it and thought it was... inoffensive. The fights were actually really cool, and they integrated the enemies and nethersea brand mechanics pretty well. The story is kinda forgettable though (which is funny because the story is somewhat a retelling of the event "Under Tides" from Arknight, which is also pretty forgettable). That being said, I did enjoy it quite a bit.

Aside from the EGO rates, rather than being upset about the collab I think this is more about people being concerned about Ryoshu's Canto.

I think there's an expectation to have a "Prelude Intervallo" for Cantos now and Ryoushu doesn't have one (Heathcliff was fine without one and we got one of the best Cantos in the game). KJH was also pretty bad at communicating the timeline for Ryoushu's canto on stream and how they would be swapping the Intervallo for the Arknights event which just added to the concern.

I think that if they deliver on Ryoushu's Canto, then people will probably just reflect on this collab as a fun moment in the community. If they don't, the community will probably blame the lack of Intervallo for setup and also never want a collab again

I can't find the tracks on youtube yet but I like the music in this event, particurally the one that remixed the boss theme from Under Tides in Arknights

I can 1000% agree with all of that. I saw some complaining prior to the release of it, but the rates I'm sure caused it to come to a head Never really thought about it taking place of a prelude type thing, but yeah, makes a lot of sense. Most of the complaining I saw was inane stuff that comes with a collab in the first place.

I plan on catching up on the story before doing the event story, but worst case for me, it's just more interactions with the members of Limbus Company so I'm sure it'll be enjoyable to some degree. That music is great though

This is where some of the confusion comes in lmao. IIRC, KJH said that he plans to do Canto 9 before the end of the year. What's confusing is that he also said that if for some reason Canto 9 doesn't drop at the end of the year then they will drop an Intervallo instead? I'm not sure how the f*** that makes sense from a development timeline standpoint
