they need to chill w these rapping scenes loll
Cringe as hell...but she got bars though.
Powers based on animals and dude starts on fire then woman turns to ice
Also - Robins motorcycle 🏍
Some s***ty writing but over all it was okay. Acting was good. I wanna see the actress who played robin in more stuff. Was good to see JGL again and JF was doin his thing
Don't know why they took the animal basis instead of just making it powers in general
just watched it, it was pretty good. not anything groundbreaking but it was entertaining. it’s in the same vein as Bright

How do you compare it to the old guard?
Damn some of y’all hatin like hell

Not sure what niggas expected but great popcorn flick to watch with your girl
And what if you ain’t got a girl? (Or a boy)
And what if you ain’t got a girl? (Or a boy)
Then you should try bundling your Netflix sub with Tinder
How do you compare it to the old guard?

Yeah they just limited themselves for no reason lol
I was happy that classroom scene was just her imagination 'cause boy was that scene cringe

It’s one of Netflix’s few movies that are actually good
watched this tonight. was pretty entertaining but I really didn't see the point of JGL and Dominque's characters. was really Jamie's character's story
rapping scenes were kinda cringe/pandering too
So finally watched this and thought it was a pretty decent way to pass some time. Exactly what you'd expect from a popcorn/action flick
Not great, not bad.. entertaining is the word id use
think this s*** right about mid but the new orleans backdrop is adding alot of value to me so far
got bout 45 mins left, feels like they keep bouncing between wanting to create this larger universe of powers (like a Gotham, the show) or just a one off flick where the powers are just a masquerade for your generic d*** trade action flick
sounds like its gonna end up being the latter
Don't know why they took the animal basis instead of just making it powers in general
I feel like they had a fairly high goal with some of these but between the budget and probably just a lack of innovative powers, s*** just doesnt hit
It's crazy I knew this was done by white people just by the trailers tone and the rapping in it
