In 476 days, they managed to finish 90% of the album.
Extrapolating to 100%, it leads us to a finished album in 528.8 days.
NOW WAIT, in Laugh Now, Cry Later, Drake says very clearly “I took a half”. That indicates that we must reduced our final answer by 0.5, as dictated by the Drizz himself.
This leaves us with 528.3 days from April 9, 2019 until we get the album. We round down obviously because we only care about the specific date and not the time, which leaves us with 528 days from the announcement date.
This gives us a release date of September 18th, 2020.

That was around 50 days ago. They literally only needed to complete 0.2% of the album each day for it to be done today.
