Do you guys fw this stuff? I’m at a pretty good healthy/aesthetic balance right now, but I’ve always wanted to get bigger. I don’t eat as much as I should, but my workout routine is good as is.
Should I use protein powder and whatnot? I’ve always been kind of sketched at this stuff because I just follow basic nutrition but I’ve been told that this stuff is good for you if used in moderation. I don’t take any other supplements or anything.

I would say work on your diet before you continue supplementing with protein powder
