If you have a vita, just hack it. You don't have to worry about buying after market games. It's easy af to get custom firmware on it.
Actually I recommend everything everybody hack their PS3 and Vita at this point.

It's very easy. I thought it was going to be difficulty. What I also love is that you can buy a Japanese Vita and it'll be in English. Just the buttons will be how Japan uses the buttons. I think you can change the button layout though.
