I think they future proof'd the console enough compared to OG PS4 specs that were outdated before the console even came out.
But I wouldn't be mad at a Pro coming out soon either.

I think they'll wait this time... As in not releasing one 1 year earlier than XSX 2 or whatever they're going to call it. I don't think they wanna have one with lower specs tbh!

Most likely not worth waiting. PS4 Pro brought 4k and most people don't even have a TV to utilise the technology.

What Pro gonna do that PS5 can't though
They wouldn't change the specs.
PS5 OG is already 8K capable, doubt we're even gonna see that many games that'll be 8K.
Supposedly the cooling is amazing on the PS5, supposedly.
All they can do is make a black version and slap PRO on there.
