Preordered via Amazon tonight. Im guessing there are going to be some really annoyed people on the East Coast tomorrow morning. The hype really kicked in today with God of War and Horizon Zero Dawn sequels both releasing in 2021.

ya that "not yet shipped" thing sketchin me out. cuz my headset and controller i ordered separately say "pre-ordered" and show the release date, while the ps5 doesnt.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. If you have the confirmation email, you should be safe provided Amazon/Sony didn't f*** up. That said, there's rumors of some shortages so keeping the possibility you won't get it day 1 is probably not the worst idea.

I considered the headset too and see it's now sold out. My older version sounds good but a little janky in the build. I'll probably wait for reviews.

I preordered from Amazon last night, but I would rather have Store Pick-Up from Best Buy since that would be the most reliable for launch day.
