One of the best PS5 Pro vids I’ve seen. No glazing no fake outrage just spec talk. Also cooked the people who say you can get a comparable PC build for $700-800 which is purely false. More like $1100 - $1200 and you still wouldn’t have access to the PlayStation ecosystem and their exclusives which is the whole point but I digress

youre dropping 700-800 for a system to ONLY play games. you can easily save up 400 more dollars if u have ability to drop 700-800 for a gaming system just save up for a couple more months.

the playstation ecosystem for this generation is a joke. it is nothing like it was on the ps4. the only reason you should buy a playstation is if you have a pc and want one, otherwise a pc is always a MUCH better deal.

ps5 has been one of the worst consoles ive owned. got the ps5 on release date and outside of major exclusives the system has been rotting on my desk. all that power to showcase not very much

You’re definitely entitled to your opinion but that simply has not been MY personal experience at all. My PS5 (before I sold it) was in HEAVY rotation and is easily one of my favorite consoles of all time. I’ve beaten over 40 games on it (which is way more than any other console if we being real) and yes some of them are cross platform and cross-gen blah blah but guess what? I DONT GIVE A S***. I experienced them ON PS5 AND ENJOYED IT and that’s all that matters. I also have a ps plus back catalog that I don’t even have time to get through, and there are so many other games that came out that I don’t even have time to get to that I really want to play. This narrative that there is nothing to play on PS5 is a bold face lie. People are so fixated on first party triple a games that take 10 years to make and aren’t willing to branch out and play anything else

Now I know what you’re thinking: if you love it so much why sell it? Two reasons: 1) I was lowkey developing a gaming addiction and needed a break and 2) I needed $350 so I figured I’d sell it give myself some time to touch grass and stack up for the PS5 pro

the entire to point to me were the exclusives for the playstation. if you actually think about it its been 4 years and their current lineup is really underwhelming, ive played almost a lotta exlusives released on playstation i think and i dont think ive been like "this console is worth it just for this game" i had these moments with the ps2 and ps4 NEVER the ps5 yet.

you can say "i still had fun playing third party games so who cares" but then what is the point in buying a playstation ? it's always been about a gaming experience you cant get anywhere else BUT the playstation. but if i can play those exact third party games on my pc in better quality and in better experience whats the point ?

there are games to play on the playstation 5 but there barely any games on there that are purchasing a console for.

my point is if gaming is your hobby and you are spending 700 dollars on a console anyways why not save up an extra 400 and just build a pc and experience a much wider range of games on it. bro ive been emulatin nintendo switch games on here in 1440p 60 fps with no issues, then playing deadlock then going to play ghost of tsushima you cant do this on any console. u missin out on way more on when u dont have a pc vs a ps5 jus my opinion on this matter
