Glad you're gonna pay an extra 300 dollars for some slightly crispier leaves bro
It’s getting double the frame rate in comparable modes. $700 is expensive but lets not lie about the performance now
Also now he doesn’t have a 4 year old system, he’s getting a brand new one so he can probably get a crazy trade in value for the ps6 in 4 years, honestly always trading up is a great way to save money long term
personally i view it like this
$400 ps5 that I’ve played hard for 4 years, I can sell it to GameStop for $350 credit towards the pro.
At that point it’s more like im buying a $250 upgrade for my ps5 that erases those 4 years of use and is more powerful. kind of a no brainer at that price point.
If its more expensive I will second guess this decision but I doubt it’s more than $600 for a digital pro
You doubt it huh

“ An AI-assisted upscaling mode, called PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, works across the whole game library without any needed patch, adding in details to upscale to 4K. I didn't see this demonstrated, but the feature should help enhance older games if you have a 4K TV. It'll also work on PSVR 2 games in the future, too, Cerny said.”
The main feature of the console they conveniently didn’t show at a hands on of the console wonder why

Thanks man.
Seeing that I’m getting my entire $ back for the ps5. I’m thinking it this way
I will be spending a total of $400 this entire generation on hardware (sold my ps4 pro for $300 to get a ps5 for $400. Sold my ps5 for $385 to get a pro for $700)
Total hardware cost this gen for me will be the price of a single digital

I can’t lie you digital only for you this makes sense and you’ve conned Microsoft out of gamepass for life
Surely a digital only console with ai won’t require internet consistently
It will for the disc drive
Wait so only the vertical stand is sold separately? This comes with the horizontal stand?
