she's a racist drake fan man just move on
When you think about it, every Drake fan who supported him after this came out is racist so you right.

Pusha went through magnificent life changes and faced real tragedy he could have tapped into to write deeper, more meaningful bars and just... decided not to. I'll never get that but it's whatever.

Pusha T thread and you're making it about Drake? Yikes.
All Pusha raps about is coke and being a d*** dealer. There's nothing wrong with that but why he'll never be Hov level is that Hov doesn't just rap about coke or d***-dealing. The album could have been a lot stronger if he got personal. We've all heard the coke bars before and it's not like he says anything mind-blowing with the lines on here. It's just more coke bars over good beats. After a 4 year break, that's not enough.
Imagine putting in the time and effort to hate in an album release thread you gotta go get some d*** lady

it was more reducing a rap artist to a "drug rapper", sounds like some s*** you would hear on Fox News
but this also fits
Didn't know that. That's crazy, but maybe he's right if he's asking a reasonable price. After all it's his trademark scream
If one thing’s gonna happen, it’s that Ric Flair is gonna get that check and spend it within the week.
WWE started calling Becky Lynch “The Man”, a term that’s been trademarked by Ric for years and he went after them legally even though he’s had a working relationship with Vince for years.
It’s better Pusha lets sleeping dogs lie there.
Pusha T thread and you're making it about Drake? Yikes.
Why are you here then?
Every song has coke bars and that's my point. Everything relates to selling coke at the end of the day so how doesn't that support my point? Of course every single line won't be about coke but it all relates to him being a d*** dealer and that's what makes his music one-dimensional.
This is a silly way to look at s*** and can be applied to any rapper you listen to. A lot of Future's music relates to his toxicity. A lot of Drake's music relates to him being loneliness and heartbreak. A lot of Hov's music relates to his d*** dealing past.
When you simplify it to that then yea of course it's gonna sound one dimensional.

the same can be said for your thinly veiled d***riding thru dumbass criticisms, you know what your doing

Drake came back after Scorpion and having adjusted to fatherhood with Adonis and still made music about manipulating broke college girls. I'll never understand it, but I dig it.

It looks even worse when I literally quoted a verse that wasnt about coke dealing and all shorty responded with was "all he raps about is coke"
Saying Pusha isn’t a good rapper because all he does is rap coke bars is like saying a carpenter isn’t a master at his craft because all he uses is wood.
Pusha is a master of his craft because of his coke bars.
The man has a million ways to say he sold coke and all of them are potent. I haven’t heard a corny one yet.

Well, I haven't brought Drake up in this thread. I'm here discussing Pusha T and his new album.

How is wishing he rapped about more real, actual significant stuff that's happened in his life in the last 4 years equal to me hating on the album? My goodness. Maybe YOU need to get some d*** in your life.

How old was Millie Bobbie Brown when he started texting her again?
If Drake ever dropped that “I have a gf but she goes to another school” response then all Pusha would have to do is reply on some “you not even waiting for these girls to be old enough to do their college orientation day’ and then say Millie’s name in full.

Except Future doesn't just make songs about being toxic, Drake doesn't just make songs about heartbreak and loneliness and Hov doesn't just make songs about being a d*** dealer. All three artists have catalog that are way more vast that Pusha's catalog and they've covered a lot more things in their respective catalogs than Pusha Has. 98% of Pusha's catalog is coke/drug-dealing talk, something he himself has admitted to several times. You can't say those other dudes have only rapped about ONE THING for 98% of their catalog. That's the difference.
My point wasn't even that he shouldn't rap about coke on this album. That's obviously his niche but I just thought that with him getting married/becoming a father/losing both parents as closely together as he did, that those things would inspire other things he could rap about in addition to all the coke talk and I'm just disappointed he didn't tap into those topics at all. That's really just it.
I'm not saying the album is bad as a result. I think he went 9/12 on the album.
