damn yep you're right. you can hear the evolution though because Sweetener/N.E.R.D/Passion Pain & Demon Slaying beats had the 808s and open hi hats etc, then it eventually turned into what it is now. I dont mind it tbh, neptune/pharrell beats have always had stamps and eras where they use the same sounds on stuff.
