1. Daytona
2. My Name Is My Name
3. Darker Before Dawn
4. It’s Almost Dry
Boy ain’t no way boy
pitchfork being mad at Ye influenced that score and you can’t tell me different
MNIMN got some features that dont gel for me
Jezzy/Kevin Cossom song aged terribly. Kelly Rowland song was always very poppy.
Call My Bluff, reminds me of Slick Rick The Ruler.
The flow so slick and laid back.
I’d love to hear a remix ft Slick on that track
my opinion:
This album is no Daytona - if that album was high 8 to a low 9 then this is like a low to mid 7. the beats are what matter the most on a Pusha T album because for the most part we know what to expect from a Pusha T verse and I think the beats are slightly underwhelming overall. I think Brambleton is easily the best song and the best beat, that song is damn near a Red Herring imo… but besides that I like the organs on the last track and Kanye’s verse on Rock and Roll was nice even though I’m not crazy about the song. Just So You Remember sounds like somebody in the studio was listening to Ka. I hated Smokers beat when I first heard it but it’s growing on me with more listens. Decent-good album but not great. Also I think Pharrell slightly got Ye on this production wise but it’s close.

You can't take pitchfork serious when they call Pusha doing the Ma$e flow, "it being reminiscent of 50 Cent".
Pitchfork had great reviewers before now they have PC kids that don't understand the culture. Even if Pitchfork was always ran by hipsters they always respected and understood the culture, now its just morons trying to be politically correct.
Does anyone else feel like Pharrell vocal on neck and tie is weird? It sounds like he’s saying black and wrist. It doesn’t sound like neck at all lmao I can’t unhear it
Yea i swear i hear black and wrist lmao

Yeah it’s nasty work over there lmao they’re so out of touch now
First listen while at the gym, makes this feels even more official
Boutta have my first workout to this in a bit
Alright, who actually sings "I GOT PLENTY" on Dreaming of the Past?
Is it Push or Ye?

funny because i realized exactly what they meant when i read that line. 0:29

Push gets on his Big/Mase s*** here and there on the album but Neck & Wrist wasn't ever one of those to me.
