Ok? But your point was nobody would ask Drake about Pusha when if Drake did in fact do press they most certainly would lol and there’s nothing wrong with an artist doing press before you counter what I said with that.

No one is stupid enough to land an interview with Drake and then ask Drake about a beef that happened so long ago, especially when it hasn't been reignited in any way and he's already done an interview addressing everything there was to address with that situation. You wouldn't ask him any question you believe he'd deem unnecessary and you'd get dragged and get called unprofessional by your peers for asking such a dumb question. Pusha isn't a quarter of the mainstream force Drake is and people were on Speedy's head for still bringing Drake up.

My second point is that if Pusha didn't need to do press, he wouldn't be asked some of these stupid questions. Drake doesn't need to do press so you don't get to ask him stupid questions to begin with. And you're right, there's nothing wrong with doing press. My point is that Pusha shouldn't have to be asked about Drake anymore. There's obviously nothing there to talk about but there's nothing to talk about generally when it comes to Pusha so people will keep reverting back to the biggest thing that's ever happened in his career and that's his beef with Drake.

You could interview Drake for 3 hours and never bring up Pusha. You can't do that for a Pusha interview because there isn't anything interesting about him or his career to discuss outside of Drake.

Lol, why wouldn’t he talk about it if asked? Last time he dropped, it coincided with the back and forth. Drake’s last interviews had a lot of Pusha T stuff. It was a big story. I’m sure if drake did an interview today, one question would be about the beef.

Nas and Jay Z still get asked about their back and forth in long form interviews decades later. Ghostface and Raekwon get asked about their shots at Biggie years later. Snoop gets asked about Suge and Death Row.

Lol. This is how interviews go.

    drake stans cannot accept defeat

It already has. He's supposedly this legendary rapper but he's been reduced to his beef with Drake. That's like if all Nas was known for after his beef with Hov was Ether and not the fact that he was Nas, a GOAT-tier rapper.

Really puts into perspective how big drake is.

It’s like the Chappelle joke about bill Clinton: “imagine being so famous that someone sucks your d*** and now they’re famous”

Except hes the one who sucked Pusha by buying a signed microphone to recite Pushas raps. Only to get d*** slapped on wax by the same one he idolized. Thats how big Pusha is to your fav.

It was the highest point of his career.

Beef with drake is the single highest point of relevancy in his multi decade career, why would he not talk about it

grinding and runaway were pretty huge too

I mean Push didn’t do much press after the situation happened so this is people’s first opportunity to ask that question (Drake had his in 2019 when he did Rap Radar)

Many successful artists do press when they drop music: Bruno Mars, Adele, Beyonce, Rihanna, etc (shit even MJ and Prince did) So stop the whole “Drake don’t do it cause he doesn’t need to” s*** lol he just doesn’t do it to maintain his image and of course you won’t see that cause you will never take your bias out of it.

Nobody is gonna ask Drake about Pusha in 2022 or after that because no one can even get Drake on their platform lol. Pusha needs the press, Drake doesn't.

Nobody is gonna ask Drake because he won't do an interview unless he controls the direction of it and he doesn't like to bring up missteps unless he can spin it in a certain way

Drake just seems to cut off any live radio interviews period.

If they want to talk to him, it’s gotta be at his location, pre recorded and with his ability to edit if need be.
