Or the “analyze data and numbers” guys attempt to undermine the Grammys but brag about their artists making those white suits even more rich and earning “priority” at the labels

I hear you but these are artists with egos, and egos aren’t inherently bad, if they want it all, I see nothing wrong with that, I also think it’s a great example for the kids in their family and who look up to them to take it as far as you possibly can
I strive for meaningless accomplishments all the time, mostly for the grind, but the validation is cool too
