it's possible they were collaborating on stuff for a Kanye project, with QM who wrote for Drake to shape it into a product that could compete with Drake in the club space, while Push, who has a years-long collaborative relationship with Ye, could mold it into something that Kanye not only likes, but something that Feels more like something Ye would actually say. when You hear QM's stuff with Drake, you can tell it was missing the lyrical flair that makes a Drake song unique, and the reference tracks are a bit different from the final product. So even if someone uses writers, it doesn't mean they're not an ample songwriter themselves, or someone who doesn't give anything unique to the process. the leaks you use in the vid were before he directly called out drake for it though, they were made 2015-2017. if anything, he had more info than us because he worked with him the same year as RICO/IYRTITL and quentin was pretty vocal about how upset he was after meek called it out, he probably told push the s*** directly first. they were both writers behind the scenes for other people, with push writing for ye. for example this song reused push's original verse intended for clique
