The mainstream trap sound is starting to stagnate a bit. I love Lil Baby and Gunna and them but I'm looking for other sounds since trap is lacking innovation.

Already a bit tapped in to the Detroit/Bay Area sound and NY drill which are both great, but I'm sure there's other regional or underground subgenres I'm missing.

got into grime back when Skepta first popped but kinda stopped listening over the past year or two, what's exciting on that end? Listened to some UK drill too (moscow17, zone 2 etc)

Bleep bloop does some hip hop that's super left field. Uzi does left field remixes of hip hop.

Troyboi is kind of a cross of a certain sound and hip hop with more instruments but maybe 75% of his music is instrumental. Still Ana amazing producer and he has worked with people like ice cube

There's producers like mingo making a new version of the drill pop smoke style (look up mingo mingo on soundcloud it's dope)

Yn jay is a little more normal but he has a very unique flow and it's just a matter of time before he pops.

To continue that I see you're tapped into the Detroit scene but what about the Flint scene as a whole? Also Michigan and it's similar but way better imo
