for some of them I do think that letting them be and letting the world eventually show them that they're wrong is enough
but thats only a handful of them. some people are just too far gone
like i said ive gotten sucked into some dumb theories in the past. But that was literally when I was a high schooler/early college student who just figured all elections are rigged and the 'deep state' just picks who's gonna be the next president years in advance
its really easy to realize that believing s*** like that is just the easy way out. Like believing that a secret group of military officers chose trump to save the world lol... like no, there isn't a secret cabal making every big decision in a smoke filled room
in reality there are two political parties that do just that behind semi-closed doors, and you can see the majority of it happen in real time. bernie inevitably losing the democrat nomination, for example, can be lazily explained as the establishment rigging the election. when in reality they all make their own deals behind the scenes and decide when to drop out of the race and who to back etc..
but when you believe q long enough none of that matters cus you already know for a fact that it's all one big deep state conspiracy.
imagine doing s*** like this...
https://twitter.com/AricToler/status/1420544664487309322can't even fathom how people think they're onto something digging through 900 year old chuck grassley's "fellow kids" type tweets
Man that's so unhinged I believed my share of conspiracy in high school too but never to this extent.
Some of them will definitely see that they're wrong eventually but I think a lot of them will keep it going too, latching onto new things that 'confirm' their beliefs. Case in point...Chuck Grassley tweets. Q is weirdly self-sustaining in that way.
well one thing is for sure they’re not on the same page.
The Q s*** is so fascinating, like a real-time psychological experiment.
But like that reporter said, I also feel sorry for some of them. Take the lady at the beginning of the video for example, she and others are willing to isolate themselves from their friends/family/support networks on blind faith. You'd think that s*** only happens in Scientology but here we are.
Saddest part is some of these people will never return to normalcy ever again, they're in too deep. They will probably leave this world believing in a 4chan/8chan meme.
I’ve spoken to customers who are into this s***. They’ve mentioned that their family members don’t believe them.
Kind of reminds me of these old customers I’ll get who think they have boyfriends in Afghanistan and so they’re opening lines of credit to buy thousands of dollars of s*** to send to their “boyfriends”. I don’t run their credit and flag it as fraud anytime they tell me the backstory. I’ll explain to them that it’s fraud and tell them exactly how these people are scamming them. They never listen. They’ll tell me their kids have said the same thing, and then ask me where else they can go to get the stuff.
I think some people are just lonely, or unfulfilled, and find meaning and connection in something that’s clearly Bull s***, and they won’t be convinced otherwise. Even if it’s detrimental to themselves and to others. It is sad tbh.
Also, the anti vaccine crowd definitely overlaps heavily with the Q crowd. Very bad timing for a pandemic lmao, 10 years ago when conspiracies were fringe the vaccination numbers would look significantly better
This is what widespread disenfranchisement and loneliness can breed.
Part of me honestly is even a little envious, never experienced that level of solidarity and community anywhere else (even though I’m sure s*** is likely volatile as f*** in that environment ), but it’d nice to be part of something I at least THOUGHT was bigger than myself.
You’re a part of ktt tho
“Do you know why it was cartoonish? Because it was a cartoon ”
on the real I feel for the first girl for how brainwashed she is s***s sad destroying her life
bro I was like why is she singing linkin park right now

Best part of the video is the caterers, just a bunch of teenagers doing teenage s***. Reminds me of when I worked at the country club. We had a few catering jobs for holidays and events, and on Memorial day me and this kid kept talking about which of the old trophy wives passing by we’d f***
