I feel fatter but my scale says I lost weight? Maybe I lost muscle

Quarantine got me on a running habit actually, been putting on 20-25 miles/week.

Started running for mostly mental health reasons (calms me down and makes me feel better) but also lost some weight.

There was this young beginner sheet mentalist, he went from skinny fat to just plain fat.

If you used to go to the gym often yeah you’ve just lost hardness and I’m sure there’s a psychological component to why you think
You look fat. Unless you were on anabolics I highly doubt you lost a noticeable amount of muscle in the 4 months of quarantine.

Gym closed down, only opened for two weeks before whiteys ruined it again.

I hooked up with a fat dude a couple weeks ago. He had to be a master of taking great angles in his snaps because when I saw him in person, looked like he gained 30 pounds in two hours. Traumatic experience
