Reminding me to remind folks for the umpteenth time this one of the worst movies of the millennium

That was an all time goat poster

This nigga was ahead of his time

This is one of the only movies I ever walked out of

Pros:

• One of the only movies to play Still Tippin that I seen in a theater
• Leads acting were good, even if the material wasn’t the best
• directing was decent enough

Cons:

• this is definitive trauma p***. Whereas you can argue with other films that may be historical or based on fact, this was conceived in such a way it feels very grim and not so much positives to take from.
• laughably bad writing
• the lengths this film goes to push the message makes it borderline parody in how painfully unrealistic it gets.

I could see the ending coming a mile away, and glanced at the Wikipedia page to see if what I suspected the ending to be was true, and once I saw that it was, I left very disappointed.

I can’t believe this proper take Waves used music way better then this

Soundtrack was nice tho
